Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager at Supreme Renovation A2Z will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its market presence. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the renovation and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to develop strategies for business growth and market expansion.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their renovation and remodeling requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other industry stakeholders to enhance service offerings and improve project delivery.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth by closing deals and securing new projects. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that enhance the company’s brand visibility and reputation in the market.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction or renovation industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the renovation and construction industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

Working Conditions

  • Location: This position is based at our headquarters, with occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Hours: Full-time position with standard business hours. Flexibility may be required to meet client needs and project deadlines.
